━━━ HACK YOU! Series Frequently Asked Questions ━━━
I have compiled answers to frequently asked questions and rulings for processing in special situations.
If you have any questions other than the Q&A here, please contact me.
Basic Rules
Q: If my main data card is already face up during the infection phase, can I challenge another player to a showdown?
A: In this case, the player whose main data is already face-up can challenge the other player with no risk. The attacked player must choose a face-down card, even if the attacker's main data is visible face-up, as a digestive game. This is an opportunity for you, so try to guess the opponent's main data as soon as possible (with a large number of cards face down) to earn more bonus points. On the other hand, your opponent should aim to minimize the number of bonus points by turning over as many cards as possible.

Q: I am using Idiot, and during the infection phase, I turned over my opponent's “Decoy Data”, so my “Main Data” and “Infinite Alert”, which are on my field face down, were turned over at the same time. What happens in this case?
A: In this case, the score is calculated immediately and the opponent receives points. After that, the Infinite Alert can be activated and the cards can be shuffled face down, after which the Infection Phase ends once and the next player's turn is taken.
Q: Can “Buffer Overrun” copy the effects of cards that cannot be revealed on the field?
A: “Buffer Overrun” can copy cards that cannot be revealed and effects that last as long as the card is on the field. Also, even if the selected card leaves the field, the effect copied by Buffer Overrun will continue to be applied as long as Buffer Overrun does not leave the field. However, the effects of cards with incorrect activation timing cannot be copied and will be discarded and nothing will happen, moving on to the next process.
Q: We bought two boxes of “HACK YOU!! BLACK SCREEN" and are playing. What happens if the two players who are playing against each other in the Infection Phase both have “Small Size” on the field?
A: If both players play “Small Size”, they cancel each other out and decide who starts flipping according to the normal rules.
